MY BIG LOVE

Hay nako. Cheesy na kung cheesy. Pero I watched Sam Milby and Toni Gonzaga's new flick!!! And for me it was AMAZING! I swear. I enjoyed watching the movie. Ang pogiiiiiiiiii pa ni Sam. Haaaaay. Hehehe I can relate to a couple of characters in the movie infernessss. hehehe But! The most important thing of all is that Aira (Toni's character in the movie), showed me (and the whole nation, I guess) STEPS to living a healthy life:

1. Goal Setting.

2. Start Today!

3. There are NO short cuts.

4. Motivate yourself

5. Be happy!!!!

Come to think of it, these are no longer new to most of us. Alam na natin ito, sometimes we are just too stubborn to realize these. I hope moving forward, these steps will actually help me, not just in losing weight but in every aspect of my life. hahahaha That's me, mahilig magpaimpluwensha sa napapanuod. So, there.

The Best Training Team EVER!!!

Hay, sabi nga ni Jonibelle sa email nia (which btw, made my day!) what is... www.thosewerethedays.com?! I miss my old training team. El, replied saying: "When work was super work pero never felt like working at all!" and it is soooooo true. I miss our yosi breaks, meeting sa starbucks downstairs para may mailagay sa WAR (hihihi), ang mga 4-5 hour team meetings pag saturday (kaloka!) Ang pagtuturuan kung sino ang mag-miminutes. Haaaaay. I miss you guys. Yun lang.

The Pajama Party

I never win contests, well I do it's just that I don't get the 1st prize or grand prize ever, in like - my entire life. When my teacher in the 3rd grade joined me in a singing contest I only got the 3rd prize, and there were 3 contestants! hahahaha I know. Then in the 4th grade I joined an essay writing contest about "books" and I won 2nd prize, to my dismay a 3rd grader at that time out smart me and won the 1st prize (kainis diber?! hehehe) But this all changed last February 1st! hahahaha I bagged the P1000 prize for best costume for our office PAJAMA PARTY theme. hehehehe
